Ordering Instructions
- Use the online order form below to request a letter from Santa. The fields marked with an asterisk are required. All other fields are optional.
- After we receive your order request, we will email you a receipt and an invoice for payment. We accept all PayPal, RME, and all major credit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. We also accept checks and money orders. The payment address will appear on your invoice. If paying with RME, please make a note in the comments field.
- After we receive your order request, we will email you a receipt.
- Your request will be sent to Santa, so he can begin writing your letter.
Santa plans to begin writing and mailing letters after he has eaten some of Mrs. Claus' famous homemade pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving! So, if you'd like your letter mailed a certain day, please let us know! Oh, and don't worry....he is going to dedicate time each day to make sure he can write to everyone that wants a letter.
Note: If you order an Elf Note, this note will be mailed before the letter from Santa. (After all, how can Santa know what to write about before getting back the elf's report?)
